Last year, at age 48, I set out to lose weight and get in shape. The previous 5 years had been consumed with a strenuous job during the day and remodeling a nearly 50 years lold house at night. I couldn’t give you a very convincing reason why; no one to impress; my wife wasn’t pushing me; yet something was definitely motivating me. could not put my finger on it.
