I was talking with a friend the other day, saying "President Bush can leave the office confident that he was the man for the job. Perhaps it wasn't a perfect ride...but he was the man God selected for the time." At the time, I meant it much more on a personal/emotional/spiritual level, but reading this convinces me that he was indeed God's elect for our nation. Again, not a perfect leader but a chosen leader. God, bless President Bush! I had no idea about this.
